Byldware solutions revolve around people; we ensure the user is at the heart of all design decisions to deliver a unique Return on Experience - on top of meeting your aims and objectives through your Return on Investment.

Capture.

Byldware match the requirements of each engagement to our in-house design and development processes. We’ll work with you to determine and access the resources we’ll need to complete each solution on a project by project basis.

All requirements across Art and Functionality are captured and broken down to create the required project design documents, schedules and communication plans.

To create your real-time 3D assets we can leverage laser-scan data, existing 3D or 2D BIM or CAD models, floorplans, drawings and elevations, images and videos, with collaborative on-site visits available as necessary. We also use GIS satellite data to create realistic and accurate land topologies for surrounding areas.

Build.

Your project design documents and asset requirements are set up as tasks and scheduled with our specialist and award-winning in-house development teams. We’ll host a project kickoff meeting to introduce key members of staff who’ll be leading your project and we’ll run through the project expectations, objectives, timelines and deliverables together to ensure that we’re all aligned before getting started.

The Byldware team have successfully delivered more than 150 immersive and interactive projects across a range of technologies, so no matter the size or scope, we have processes in place to manage development, communication and support to ensure a positive experience from engagement to deployment.

Weekly update reports will be provided to you through the duration of the project. Where possible, we’ll also work with you to facilitate user testing and record feedback from stakeholders at set project milestones. We do this to validate the solution and the design to ensure acceptance and adoption from users, making any tweaks or adjusting the roadmap as needed to enhance the value of the project.

Deploy.

Your project may benefit from one method of deployment over all others, or it may benefit from a cross-platform deployment, i.e. PC for office users, and mobile devices for remote users, perhaps with a VR component for planning teams.

Byldware have relationships with more than 70 different hardware manufacturers across a range of technologies and we’ll confirm the access methods and features with you collaboratively during the project scoping stage; crafting the deliverables around the way the users will experience the solution up-front to ensure we deliver maximum value and impact across your aims and objectives.
